आलोक कुमार, फाउंडर, Saarthi GreenTech के मुताबिक, “आने वाले केंद्रीय बजट में सरकार के पास इनोवेशन और सस्टेनेबिलिटी पर होने वाले खर्च का असर और मजबूत करने का बड़ा मौका है. सबसे पहले, स्टार्टअप इंडिया ने अच्छी शुरुआत की है, लेकिन इसका फायदा तब और बढ़ेगा जब फंडिंग उन स्टार्टअप्स को दी जाए जो सिर्फ आइडिया स्टेज पर नहीं हैं, बल्कि जिनके सॉल्यूशंस जमीन पर लागू हो चुके हैं और जिनका असर मापा जा सकता है. नतीजों से जुड़ी फंडिंग स्टार्टअप्स को स्केल करने में मदद करेगी, सिर्फ प्रयोग तक सीमित नहीं रखेगी.दूसरे, बजट में ऐसी टारगेटेड टैक्स छूट लाई जानी चाहिए जो सीधे तौर पर प्रदूषण कम करने, ईंधन की बचत बढ़ाने और इंडस्ट्रियल एमिशन घटाने वाली टेक्नोलॉजी को बढ़ावा दे. खासतौर पर लॉजिस्टिक्स, पावर जेनरेशन और हेवी इंडस्ट्री जैसे सेक्टर्स में, जहां कार्बन उत्सर्जन कम करना मुश्किल होता है, वहां असरदार सस्टेनेबल टेक्नोलॉजी को अलग टैक्स ट्रीटमेंट मिलना चाहिए, ताकि इन्हें तेजी से अपनाया जा सके. तीसरे, भारत में कार्बन क्रेडिट सिस्टम को भरोसेमंद और प्रभावी बनाना बेहद जरूरी है. इसके लिए साफ घरेलू गाइडलाइंस, पारदर्शी माप और जांच की व्यवस्था और नियमों का सख्त पालन जरूरी है. बड़ी कंपनियों के लिए स्कोप-3 एमिशन रिपोर्टिंग को चरणबद्ध तरीके से लागू किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि कंपनियों को तैयारी का समय मिले और कार्बन क्रेडिट से जुड़े फायदे भी मिल सकें. अगर यह सही ढंग से लागू हुआ, तो नियमों का पालन बोझ नहीं बल्कि ग्रोथ का मौका बन सकता है. इन कदमों से इनोवेशन, सस्टेनेबिलिटी और आर्थिक विकास एक साथ आगे बढ़ेंगे और भारत को जलवायु समाधान के क्षेत्र में वैश्विक लीडर बनाने में मदद मिलेगी.”
